Guide to navigating & completing the Documents Section on our New Platform.


To enter the Documents section of your profile, select the Documents link in the left-hand navigation panel or click Save & continue on the due diligence page.

Upload documents

Please upload all mandatory evidence documents and digitally certify them. Uploaded documents are automatically saved.

  • To upload: click on the “upload” button next to the evidence you want to submit and select upload.

  • Choose the document from the pop-up that appears and click open. You can also drag and drop the document.

Once the document has been uploaded it takes a few minutes to finalise. Please note that you will only be able to select the document for certification once the finalisation has been completed.

Removing/ Deleting Documents

  • To remove a document: click on the remove/delete button in the action section on the right.

Non-English Documents

If your documents are not in English, please ensure a translation of the document has been provided ensuring the details of the translator are visible.

Mandatory Documents

  • The required documents depend on your profile type and risk assessment. Under the mandatory section, you'll find all necessary documents listed with a brief description and what qualifies as acceptable evidence.

  • W-Series Form and CRS Self-Certification Form might be necessary in some cases and are found under Recommended documents, even if not marked as mandatory.

All mandatory documentation needs to be digitally certified, please see the heading below:

Certification

  1. Select the documents that you would like to send for certification on the right.

  2. Complete the certifier details: their name, occupation, relationship type and email. The message section is optional.

     

  3. Select the correct certification option.

  4. To send, click SEND CERTIFICATION REQUEST

Declaration

In this section, you confirm that you have reviewed the passport, and documents and declare that to the best of your knowledge, the information is true and accurate as of the date mentioned.
