How to access your connected profiles
Discover how to easily access and manage your connected profiles on our new platform.
Navigating to the User section

Upon successful login, you will be presented with the Change Profile page.

In the User section, you'll be presented with a list of profiles you are connected to. Each profile entry will include the profile name and profile type (e.g. Trust). Please see the below screenshot for reference.

1. Using the Search Option
If you're managing multiple connected profiles and need to find a specific one quickly.

At the top of the profile list, you'll find a search bar. Enter the profile name or profile ID you're looking for. Our platform will automatically begin to filter the results based on your input, making it easier to find the desired profile.

2. Loading profiles

Once you've located the profile you wish to access, click the "Load" button adjacent to the selected profile to initiate the loading process.
