Access your Profile Settings
Navigating to the Profile Settings section

Once logged in, you will see a landing page that gives you access to all your profiles (See below Screenshot 1: Profiles landing page).

Upon loading a profile, you will see a screen with three tiles (See Screenshot 2: Profile Details page):

There are two (2) ways to access the Profile Settings section on the Profiles Details page (See RED arrow below in Screenshot 3: Profiles details page).

Click the three (3) horizontal lines at the top of the left-hand navigation panel.

The side panel will expand and show your profile name.

Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name.

This will reveal the Profile Settings and Change Profile tabs.

Click the three (3) vertical lines on the right side of the Profile Details tile header (See red arrows in Screenshot 3: Profile Details page). This will display the Profile Settings (See Screenshot 4: Profile Settings page).

Now that the user has accessed the Profile Settings section, they can utilise all the available features.
Note: Access to Profile Settings functionality depends on the user's profile type. A user profile can fall into the following categories:
